Emily Private (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates emilyprivate.com and its digital content and membership services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Eligibility — 18+ Only

This service is for people aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful where you live. We do not knowingly provide accounts to anyone under the applicable age.

Fictional Digital Personas

Emily Vale, Sophia Lane, Mia Laurent, and any future models or visual characters on this site are fictional digital personas and editorial artwork. They do not depict real individuals and do not imply real-world relationships, personal contact, or availability.

• Content is provided for entertainment and creative purposes.
• Visuals may be digitally created; we do not present a fictional persona as a real person.
• Nothing on the site is professional, medical, financial, or relationship advice.

Digital Membership

Membership provides access to protected digital premium galleries and other features described on the applicable Membership page. Public visitors may see previews. Premium access is available only while the relevant membership entitlement is active.

The current site is in pre-launch payment setup. Paid subscriptions and payment processing are not currently active.

Accounts & Access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Membership access is personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and for personal use only.
• Account sharing, resale, copying, scraping, or unauthorized access is prohibited.

Future Paid Subscriptions

No payment provider is currently connected. If paid subscriptions launch, the checkout page will show the final price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, access duration after cancellation, and applicable refund terms before purchase.

Recurring billing will apply only where it is clearly disclosed at checkout and expressly accepted. Any future pricing or provider information will be updated in these Terms and the Privacy Policy as appropriate.

Cancellation & Refunds

When paid digital access is offered, cancellation instructions and the effective cancellation date will be provided at checkout and in the account or applicable payment-provider flow. Access after cancellation will be explained before purchase.

Digital-content or subscription purchases may generally be non-refundable after access is supplied, except where applicable law, the applicable payment provider or platform, service failure, billing error, duplicate charge, or another stated exception requires or permits a refund. These Terms do not limit statutory consumer rights or legitimate payment disputes.

Content Rights & Personal Use

Site content, branding, fictional personas, text, images, and media are owned by Emily Private or used under appropriate rights or licences, as applicable. We do not make a provenance claim for a particular image beyond the rights available to us.

• You receive no ownership interest in site content.
• You may not copy, repost, resell, distribute, publish, or use content to train or improve AI systems without written permission.
• Copyright or intellectual-property complaints may be sent to support@emilyprivate.com.

Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, credential-stuff, scrape protected content, reverse engineer the platform, impersonate the operator or personas, harass others, or use the service unlawfully.

Availability & Termination

The service is provided as available. Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may occur without prior notice. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or unlawful use. Any termination is subject to applicable law and does not remove rights or obligations that already accrued.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation of liability applies subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Law, Jurisdiction & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Disputes should first be raised with support in good faith; courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.

We may update these Terms when the service changes. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and, where appropriate, communicated through available account or contact channels. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
